Join us on our mission to help as many people as possible who are experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health.
No one should struggle alone.
We supported 73,620 adults in England and Scotland to overcome issues with drugs, alcohol and mental health in 2022/23.
We supported 6,216 young people aged 11-24 with drug, alcohol and mental health issues 2022/23.
11,042 people began treatment with us in our mental health programme.
In 2022/23, we tested 6,662 people for hepatitis C in our mission to micro-eliminate the virus in our services.
How your money makes a difference
Every time you make a donation, we have the opportunity to change someone's life for the better.
£8.40 can pay for one support session with a trained advisor through our Webchat service.
£18 can save someone's life by providing a naloxone kit which can reverse the effects of an overdose.
£40 can pay for us to deliver prevention work in a school assembly or workshop.
£100 can pay for a course of vaccination for Hepatitis B.
For every £1 we receive, 97.7p is spent on our charitable activities, supporting people affected by drug, alcohol or mental health problems.
